In this help topic you will learn how to add a new employee details, import existing and ex-employee details, bulk Employee delete, Marking Bulk Left .
Employee

To create Employee details:
- Click on Employee menu and Select Employee in the sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, click on New.
- Fill details such as Employee Number, Employee name, Join Date, Gender, Designation, Department, Branch & Mobile No.
- Fill in all the further information in the tabs such as Personal Info, Bank details, Statutory details & Other details.

Click on Save button to save details.

You can import Employee details in bulk.

To import Employee details:
- Click on Import button, select the Download template option.
- Fill details in the downloaded Excel sheet.
- In the import screen, click on the Choose File. In the popup select updated excel file.
- By Clicking on the Import button, all the details can be imported. If there are missing information system will prompt you indicating the same.
To update the details of Department, Designation & Branch details.
- Click on Change Designation/Department/Branch icon under Action.
- In the window that opens, Fill in the details such as From month, Year, Designation, Department & Branch.


Click on Save button to save details.
Employee Contacts
Additional contacts of Employees can be stored.

To create Employee Contacts:
- Click on Employee menu and Select Contacts sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, select Employee Name, Relationship & enter Phone Number and Save it.

You can add Items to Relationship Dropdown

- To add more Relationships, Click on Relationship button.
- In the window that opens, enter Relationship.

Click on Save Button to save details.
Offer letter
You can generate the Offer letter and email to the new employees.

To create Offer letter:
- Click on Employee menu and Select Offer letter sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, click on New.
- Fill in the details such as Offer Letter Number, Date, Employee Name, Designation, Job location & Gross CTC.
- Make salary breakup for components under Earning, Deductions & Annual & Retirement benefit.

You can add Items to Components,

- To add more Components, Click on Components setting button.
- In the window that opens, fill in the details such as, Component name, type, Formula based etc.

Click on Save Button to save details.
Bulk Employee Delete
You can delete Employee details in bulk.

To delete Employees in bulk:
- Click on Employee menu, and Select Bulk Employee Delete sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, select Employee Name.

Click on Bulk Delete.
UAN Generation
You can generate UAN Numbers for the PF applicable employees. A text file is required to submit to the Govt. portal to generate UAN numbers.

To create a file for UAN Generation:
- Click on Employee menu and Select UAN Generation sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, select Employee Name and Click onGenerate UAN No. Download text file from EPFO Portal.


Import UAN
When UAN is generated in bulk, it can be imported to the application from the template.

To Import UAN:
- Click on Employee menu and Select Import UAN sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, Click on Download Template.
- Fill in the details in the downloaded excel template. In the import UAN screen, click on Choose File and select the updated file.

Click on Import button to import the details.
