Employees can request a leave/Extra work using this window, and this will be visible to respective Approver and Admin.

To create Leave Request:
- Click on Leave Details and Select Leave Request in the sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, selectleave, session, From Date, To date, & enter Reason.

Click on Save button to save details.
An email will be sent to the respective approver.
Approve Leave Request
This screen is available only to Admin and the Approver. He can approve/reject respective employee leave/Extra work details request.

To Approve/Reject Request:
- Click on Leave Details and Select Approve Leave Request in the sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, pending for approval details will be displayed.
- You can either Approve the request or Reject the request by clicking on the Accept/reject actions.

An Email will be sent to the respective Employee.
Leave Entry
You can view all leave/Extra work details approved by the admin or approver or enter the leave details manually in this window. You can edit or delete the details also.

To make Leave Entry:
- Click on Leave Details and Select Leave Entry in the sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, current month leave/extra work details will be displayed.
- Click on New and enter the required details. Or use Bulk Entry button.

Click on Save button to save details.
Leave Adjustment
You can adjust the leave for the particular month using this window.

To make Leave Adjustment:
- Click on Leave Details and Select Leave Adjustment in the sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, select Employee, Month, Year, Leave, No. of Leaves, Choose Add/Deduct option and enter remarks if required.

Click on Save button to save details.
Leave Lapse
You can Lapse leaves using this screen.
As per your company policy, if the Leaves gets lapsed after a particular period, then leaves which are not availed can be lapsed using Leave Lapse Screen. Many companies provide six sick leaves, and if these leaves are not utilised in a specific period, they are expired and not carried over to next leave period.

To make Leave Lapse:
- Click on Leave Details and Select Leave Lapse in the sub-menu.
- In the screen that opens, select Employee, Leave, No. of Days, Date and enter remarks if required.

Click on Save button to save details.
