Masters
Masters are used for storing various master details. Masters are single time entries and can be accessed when required for working with leads.
The Masters can be accessed from the Masters menu.
Step 1: Source Master
The Source Master is to enter the name of the place from where the lead is obtained. You may obtain leads from various sources, such as from your business contacts, or from a lead management consultancy, or by means of various lead research.
To enter the details, Click on New. Enter the Source Name and Click on Save.
Click on Connection Details configure the Database credentials of the website from where Details of registered users can be directly downloaded to the application.
Enter the Server Name, Database, UID and Password. Select Import to Bulk if the data has to be imported through the Bulk Import Screen.
Click Connect.
In Map Columns, the tables in the Database will be imported. Select the Table Name.
Once the table is selected, map all the Application fields with the Database fields.
The Data from the configured Database will be Directly imported to the Lead Manager Application on click of Download from all Sources in Import screen.
Map the other fields in the same way.
Step 2: Activity Type Master
The Activity Type Master is to enter the name of the activity that is used to contact the Lead such a phone call, Email Etc.
Click on New. Enter the Activity Type performed and Click on Save.
Step 3: Not Interested Reason Master
The Not Interested Reason Master is to enter the Reason for concluding the follow-up for a Lead which are frequently used.
Click on New. Enter the Reason and Click on Save.
Step 4: Product Master
In Product Master, the details regarding the product such as Product Name, Rate, Unit , GST%, Total Rate has to be entered. Mention Remarks if any.
Click on Save.
Step 5: Category Master
In Category Master, the Categories to which the Leads belong to can be entered. Click on New.
Enter the Category Name and Click on Save .
Step 6: Language Master
In Language Master, the languages used more often can be stored. Speaking the lead's native language will help to understand their requirement in a better way and also make them feel comfortable.
Click on New. Enter the Language Name and Click on Save.
Step 7: Group Master
The Group Master is to enter the Group Names. Leads can be grouped based on their Places, interest in products Etc.
Click on New. Enter the Group Name and Click on Save.
Step 8: Company Master
The Company Master is to enter the name and the details of the Lead Company. The Leads who contact you from the existing company in this master can be linked together for the reference.
Click on New.
Enter the Name of the Company. Select the Country, State and Place . Enter the Phone No., Address1, PIN Code, Fax, Website and Remarks if any.
Enter the Name of the Employee who is handling the leads of that company in the Handled By field.
Check the Is Customer Checkbox if the lead is already your customer. The GST Applicable Checkbox can be checked based on the lead companies GST compliability.
To Edit or Delete the entries made before, you can use the below mentioned Icons.
Step 8.1: Linked Leads
Click on the Linked Leads Icon as shown below.
The Leads linked to the specified Company can be viewed here along with all the details saved.
Click on Back to navigate to Company details screen again.
Step 8.2: Company Contacts
Click on the Company Contacts Icon as shown below.
The Contact details of associated people from the mentioned Company can be entered here.
Click New. Enter the Contact Name, Designation, Phone No., Fax and Email Id of the Company contact person.
Click on Save.
Step 9: Dealer Master
The Dealer master is to store the name of the Dealers associated with your firm.
Click on New. Enter the Dealer Name and Click on Save.
Step 10: Keyword Master
The Keyword master is to store the Email Keywords such as ‘info' which are usually used as official Id's. This will be helpful while exporting the Emails from the Software for reasons like Bulk Emailing to avoid the Mail hitting Spam.
Click on New. Enter the Keyword and Click on Save.
Step 11: Invalid Email List Master
The Invalid Email List master is to store the list of some common Invalid Email Id's. Click on New. Enter the Invalid Email Id and Click on Save.
Step 12: Unsubscribes List Master
The Unsubscribes List master is to store the list of Unsubscribed Email Id's.
Click on New. Enter the Email Id to be Unsubscribed and Click on Save.
Step 13: Mobile Email Template
The Mobile Email Template is a predefined data template which can be utilized to send the mails directly through the Android Application "Manage Leads".
Enter Name of the template,Subject, Quotation link, Body of the mail and Remarks if any. Click Save.
Step 14: SMS Template
The SMS Template is a predefined data template which allows the user to select the defined Template for a specific purpose and send the SMS's.
Enter the Heading of the template, specify whether the Content has to be Prefix or Suffix by selecting one of the options and enter the Content of the SMS.
Check the Is Global checkbox if the SMS has to be saved for everyone.
Click Save.
Step 15: Country Master
Country Master is used to store the names of Country where Leads are located.
Click on New. Enter the Country Name and Click on Save.
Step 16: State Master
State Master is used to store the names of State where Leads are located.
Click on New. Select the Country. Enter the State Name and State Code. Click on Save.
Click on the below shown Three dotted Button to open Country Master directly from State Master.
Step 17: Place Master
Place Master is used to store the names of Places where Leads are located.
Click on New. Select the StateName. Enter the Place Name and Click on Save.
